Here is Tech Supports response, for anyone who might come across this having the same issueI won't be able to try this fix until next week but I will update the thread here once I test it."This is a rare bug that we haven’t been able to reproduce, but we know how to fix it!

Hi all,Does anyone here have experience setting up the Paradigm Touchscreen app on their mobile device? I have everything configured correctly or so it seems, but when it connects it says "Connection failed...VNC error" It's not that exact message I can't remember what it exactly says but...
Alright, I got updates, The school's tech department must have deleted the file off the console, how and why I don't know. But we got it back tech support got in contact with the installer and got the file. We resolved the house light issue, There's a button on the screen that pops up after you...
I think it mainly was electricians, I actually almost looked at the project information on the paradigm but then got sidetracked. Ill look today, in the meantime ill contact ETC.
The district people are quite possibly the most unhelpful people around. I can try to ask but I might come up empty. If I emailed ETC tech support do you think they could give me the documents and help me out with the paradigm issue? Ill look further today to see if theres any trace of the...
I'm just gonna reply in one post to keep things simple,@LukeDelwiche
I've set up a base show file, I'm going to take a deeper look into the paradigm, I asked the director to figure out which company did the install (It's one of the 3 that service the Chicago area and I think I have a pretty...
Hey all,Got quite an interesting system here,I know this post is long but its got some context for the issue at hand,So my former middle school just did a whole upgrade from ancient Strand Century to all new ETC stuff, Echo Relay Panels, Paradigm, Colorsource Vs, Pars, etcThe theatre...
The thing is, the paradigm was completely disconnected and we still had no output. I find it odd that if one thing goes down everything goes down. Why would a system like this not function without the paradigm?
Our paradigm loaner got here yesterday, popped the compact flash card in it and it loaded fine. The system works great now, universe 1 is back, and universe 2 is not but it has been out prior to the system going down. Had some issues with the racks losing comm for about an hour (Backplane comm...
Our dealer hasn't been on site, I will look at the patch. Tech support only has the drawings no config files. I did pull the paradigm config in early September because we wanted to update some presets and needed to send it out to our dealer. I will let you know what I discover.
Our dealer (Grand Stage) called tech support after we did and they confirmed that the processor needed to go in for repair. They are sending us a loaner processor, not sure how long they usually take to ship hopefully pretty quickly. I'll take a look at sACNview. What should I be looking for in...
Cem+, but I actually may have figured it out. The paradigms network cable is connected to the link port on the switch. This leads me to believe that it was essentially the router of the system, and would explain why everything is down. Am I on the right track or is this completely wrong?
