Automated Fixtures prospot 250 lx problem

hey guys,

so i had a bad tilt motor on one of my prospots and i got it repaired. when i got it back it seems to be fixed but now whenever the unit is power on the lamp is struck. i cant get it to unstrike with out power down the fixture. its not giving me any error codes and i didnt see anything in the manual about it. i was wondering if anyone had or know anything about this problem. im going to call the repair company on monday but i want to get your 2 cents before i call.

At the fixture, press the menu button then scroll to LAMP and Press Enter. Change the setting from on (Lamp always on) to Strd (Strike from DMX).

that worked great. i had no clue that it was an option for the mover to do that. i cant see why anyone would want it to strike when powered on, but thanks for the help.
