Automated Fixtures Trackspot Trouble

We have three trackspots at a our theatre and they all work except for the mirrors.
We use an expression 1st edition and the shutters, color wheel, gobo wheel, and dimmer all work.
I don't know if the personality switches are wrong, but they haven't been touched and the mirrors were working before.
Any Help is appreciated.

First thing I would do is make sure your motor speeds are set. Its DMX Channel 7 according to the manual.

If that isn't working, then I would go onto to check the personality switches as described in the manual.

I'll second that--make certain channel 7 is ON & near 100%. I spent about 1/2 an hour trying to figure out why one was not working earlier this week.
As soon as I put up CH 7, the mirrors snapped into action. --John
