ETC used to have a webpage with a nifty adjustable photometrics calculator for their Source Fours.
You could tell it the distance and the beam angle and it would tell you how large the circle produced was.
The special thing about this was that it had nice visuals, so you could see the light and the beam, and click and hold the light and drag it to change the distance.
As I teach students new to the concepts I wanted to use it as a good visual tool for them, but the site was taken down (years ago I think)
Anyone know any website that will do something similar? Not just a cone calculator...
Yes, we use Vectorworks as well, but I wanted something a bit quicker and cleaner and ready to go.
