Thank you all for the suggestions! Now, scrollers, what brands are best? The only ones i've seen are Apollo and some home-made scrollers my professor at MSU made. Thanks!

Most people consider the Wybron scrollers (ColoRam and CXI ranges) to be the "best" on the market but they also carry a very hefty price tag. The Apollo SmartColor scrollers are much more affordable and in my experience they have been very reliable and robust. In addition to those mentioned, there are also the Chroma-Q scrollers. They fall in the same price range as the Apollo scrollers and work well, but personally I would take the Apollo units first.
